Dispatch times
In-stock pieces leave the studio within two to four working days. Made-to-order items take a little longer — we will always give you a realistic date before you commit, since each piece has to be thrown, dried, glazed and fired.
Packaging
Ceramics travel well when they are packed properly, so we take our time. Every order is cushioned in recycled, plastic-free materials and double-boxed where needed. If anything arrives broken, send us a photo and we will sort it out quickly.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping is a flat $9, and orders over $120 ship free. We currently post within the continental US. For international orders, drop us a line and we will arrange a quote.
Returns
If a piece is not right for you, return it unused within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Because each item is handmade, slight variations in tone, size and glaze are part of the character and are not considered faults.
Damaged in transit
Accidents happen in the post. Let us know within seven days of delivery, include a photo, and we will replace the piece or refund you in full — no need to send the broken one back.
